Hamburg has a new and unusual location for all, going out, dancing, meal, drinking and seeing as a special art and high way of life to understand. Manuel Bereuther and Dirk Schmitz created in October 2004 at Hamburg, Holzdamm 61 above the Atlantic Hotel and nearby Hamburg main station, a synthesis from restaurant, Nightclub, Bar and Lounge.
The philosophy of the GOLDEN CUT be based on a careful pick & mix of international trends with exotic influences and surprising news.
The music direction of the golden CUT will take up national and international trends, without having to follow general currents. DJs and VJs produce the fusion of guests, pictures, light and music. The visual conversion and their contents realized by e-trap.net.
The GOLDEN CUT restaurant with 70 seats and the Lounge with 20
places are daily opened except Sunday. Day starting from 18.00 o´clock.
The kitchen offers high quality in the leave Ambiente. Thereby a selection of fascinating eastern meals, delicious combinations of
fusion Kitchen, new ideas and inspirations from the basic Cooking as well as an extensive offer of international beverages and wines expect the visitor. The point service, the tasteful
Atmosphaere and the Enthusiasm of the guests provide for the natural integration of the restaurant into the total concept.
The GOLDEN CUT Nightclub and the bar for approximately 300 visitors, the flexibility and liberty of the conception make it attractive for Events and special meetings particularly. The Nightclub opens regularly on Friday
and Saturday. On other days the club aligns select presentations, events and formats.
